Here at Balksbury Federation, our vision and values aim to enable and empower our children to become lifelong learners by creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that nurtures individuality, and enhances potential.

The federation’s vision and values were developed following consultation with both children and staff in 2019, and are embedded in our daily ethos and culture across the two schools. All staff work hard to ensure that there is visible parity in approaches to teaching and learning to ensure our vision and values are clear.

We want the journey from Year R to Year 6 of the Balksbury Citizen to be:
