Listen to Cressida Cowel using the following ‘YouTube’ link. This famous author reads Chapter 1 of her popular book ‘How to Train your Dragon’. She is also the illustrator in her book and has drawn all the wonderful dragon pictures. Listen carefully to her description of the dragons and make notes of the adventurous, descriptive, key vocabulary that you might like to use in the English writing task. Now draw and label your own dragon to also use as a character in your English. You might like to add colour and labels to make it exciting and show the different characteristics.
